Are+Be Yoga Fundraiser

In our community Are+Be Yoga class, we fuse the tranquility of yoga with diverse musical styles, creating an atmosphere of unity and connection. This month, we're holding it at Nana's restaurant, juice, and bar as a fundraiser for our wellness conference in April: 'Shifting the Culture: Activating Audacity!'

Yoga, Raffles, Silent Auction, Book Swap, Community Circle and an afternoon Yoga class! 

A culturally sensitive instructor will lead afternoon yoga, incorporating yoga poses and flows set to playlists curated by the Brown Care Collective. This provides a comfortable environment for participants to connect through shared experiences. 

The emphasis is on physical well-being and building a supportive community where BIPOC individuals can feel seen, heard, and uplifted. This inclusive yoga class strives to enhance mental and physical health while celebrating diversity and nurturing a sense of unity among its participants.

What do I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat. You can rent one for $2 if you do not have one. 

(Optional: bring water, a journal, an eye pillow, and cash for merch)

Are kids allowed to come? 

This event is for 18+ 

Parking?

Both free and metered parking options are available. We recommend arriving early to secure your spot.
