Our community Are+Be Yoga: Breathwork class is a space that blends the serenity of yoga with the cultural resonance of varying styles of music, fostering a sense of belonging and community. 

Led by a culturally sensitive instructor, the class incorporates yoga poses and flows set to playlists curated by the Brown Care Collective, providing a comfortable environment for participants to connect through shared experiences. 

The emphasis is on physical well-being and building a supportive community where BIPOC individuals can feel seen, heard, and uplifted. 

This inclusive yoga class strives to enhance mental and physical health while celebrating diversity and nurturing a sense of unity among its participants.

What do I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat. You can rent one at the studio for $2 if you do not have one. 

(Optional: bring water, a journal, an eye pillow, and cash for merch)

Where do I park? 

Street parking is our only option. (no parking lot or garage). We recommend arriving early. Parking can be found on 1st Ave North or 1st Ave South, which is free. Friday nights are usually pretty busy, so please give yourself ample time for parking. 

Are kids allowed to come?
