ABOUT
About Us
We are the Brown Care Collective, a group of three BIPOC small business owners who are also certified yoga teachers and wellness curators. Our mission is to create a grassroots network that focuses on community care for all BIPOC folks, through open-hearted discussions on cultural shifts. We believe that self-care is a revolutionary act and we strive to empower our community through our services. Our team is dedicated to providing accessible and inclusive wellness practices to uplift and support all members of our community.

Why Diversity Matters to Us
Diversity is at the heart of everything we do at Brown Care Collective. Wellness should never feel exclusive — yet so often, Black and Brown communities have been left out of these spaces. We are intentional about shifting that narrative by centering voices, bodies, and practices that reflect the richness of our cultures and lived experiences.
For us, diversity isn’t just representation — it’s about creating spaces where people of all backgrounds feel seen, valued, and supported. When different stories, traditions, and identities come together, healing deepens. Connection grows. Community thrives.
By honoring diversity, we honor the truth that wellness belongs to everyone.
Our Mission
To assist black and brown bodies in their healing journey with culturally specific and collaborative wellness events. We believe in the power of community care and strive to create a space where all BIPOC folks can come together to heal and grow.

Our Vision
Our vision is to impact wellness spaces in the Tampa Bay Area, as demographic and physical changes have caused a shift in representation and dynamics.
