Our community Are+Be Yoga class is a space that blends the serenity of yoga with the cultural resonance of varying styles of music, fostering a sense of belonging and community. 

Led by a culturally sensitive instructor, the class incorporates yoga poses and flows set to playlists curated by the Brown Care Collective, providing a comfortable environment for participants to connect through shared experiences. 

The emphasis is on physical well-being and building a supportive community where BIPOC individuals can feel seen, heard, and uplifted. 

This inclusive yoga class strives to enhance mental and physical health while celebrating diversity and nurturing a sense of unity among its participants.
