Led by a culturally sensitive instructor, the class incorporates yoga poses and flows set to playlists curated by the Brown Care Collective, providing a comfortable environment for participants to connect through shared experiences.
The emphasis is on physical well-being and building a supportive community where BIPOC individuals can feel seen, heard, and uplifted.
