About the event
Join us for our signature Event, Are+Be Yoga and Market with a community-centered twist.
This event includes a grounding yoga class followed by a clothing swap designed to encourage sustainability, sharing, and collective care.
Attendees are invited to bring up to five gently used, good condition women’s and men’s clothing or accessory items. After class, those who bring items will be able to browse the swap and take home pieces that speak to them.
This is a chance to move your body, refresh your wardrobe without spending money, and participate in a circular exchange rooted in community. Come as you are, bring what you can, and leave with something new to you.
