By accessing or using our website, attending our in-person events, or participating in our virtual yoga studio (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or participate in our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Yoga and Wellness Practices: Our offerings may include physical movement, breathwork, meditation, or other wellness activities. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Medical Advice: Our Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.
Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that yoga and wellness activities carry inherent risks and agree to release Brown Care Collective from liability related to injuries or health conditions arising from participation.
3. Event Policies
Registration & Tickets: Event registrations and tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Code of Conduct: We strive to create a safe, inclusive space. Disruptive, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Photography & Media: By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.
4. Virtual Yoga Studio Policies
Membership Access: Subscription tiers and pricing are listed on our website and may change with notice. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Content Ownership: All videos, classes, and materials are the property of Brown Care Collective. Sharing, recording, or distributing content without written consent is prohibited.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments for events and memberships are due at the time of registration.
Except as expressly stated, all payments are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials, are owned by or licensed to Brown Care Collective. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brown Care Collective and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brown Care Collective, its directors, instructors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
