Refund Policy

At Brown Care Collective, we pour intention and resources into creating our events and virtual offerings. Because of the planning, staffing, and preparation required, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for event tickets, memberships, classes, or merchandise.
 

Event Tickets

• Tickets for in-person events are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise noted in the event description.
   

• If an event is canceled by Brown Care Collective, you will receive a credit toward a future event of equal value.
   

Virtual Yoga Studio

• Membership fees are billed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused services.
   

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
   

Merchandise

• All merchandise sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
