About the event
Nourish the Block is an intentional community wellness experience created to feed the mind, body, and spirit. This event brings us together to slow down, reconnect, and pour back into ourselves and each other.
Expect a thoughtfully curated space that centers Black and Brown communities through movement, nourishment, and micro lectures from local experts. From embodied wellness offerings to vendors and creatives from our community, every element is designed to support joy and collective care.
Whether you come to move your body, discover small businesses, connect with your neighbors, or simply exist in a space that feels good, Nourish the Block is for you. This is community you can feel.
This event is funded by the City of St. Petersburg in honor of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Doors open at 12:30pm. Programming starts at 1pm.
